For its thirtieth anniversary, Day, Up group’s Italian subsidiary, has chosen to honor its employees, the lifeblood of the company. A company wellness program was implemented to make their daily life easier: nearly 600€ in social benefits, services that facilitate work/life balance, concierge services, organic food baskets, etc.
This special bond places Day in a virtuous circle, where its own employees become full-fledged players in the company’s strategy. That is why, to celebrate this anniversary, they have been invited to participate in an innovation challenge to accelerate the internal innovation process.
